General information.

The company has the experience in the building activity within 14 years as well as highly technical workers and stable material and technical grounds.

During the building activity “Strojtechsnab” Ltd. carried out the construction of the living houses not only for the civil realty market but also participated in the State programs providing the construction for Security Departments, Police Ministry, Military and Immigration administrations.

The way of construction:

All the houses built by our company are provided by own independent heating supplied boiler-houses, no-break power supplying by power substations and water supplying by water pump stations.

The company applies successfully the modern native and international building technologies which permit to hasten rates of construction in 1,5-2 times; to carry out the jobs with high quality, traditionally to keep the lower prices for flats in comparison with the prices shown by another companies.

As to the structure of the living houses there is no limitation in choice. We have built the houses used large haydite-concrete blocks, effective bricks and at the present time we are building the houses in framed monolith model filling the walls in with gas concrete.

Our company constantly gets the newest technical developments in the constructive sphere based on the long term cooperation with Kiev Scientific Research Institute, Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Geotechnical mechanics of Academy of Science and Odessa State Academy of Architecture and Construction.
The above mentioned Institutes based on the building sites fulfill the experimental operations for seismic resistance requirements and longevity of building structures.

In the scheme of industrial jobs besides installation and decorating works there are wiring and sanitary engineering zones as well as the zones for fulfillment of digging.

Capital construction and projection department of “Strojtechsnab” Ltd.

The specialists of this department carry out the preparation of the basic data for projection, correction of the standard construction as well as repeatedly applied projects of the buildings and objects, individual projects. They also receive the necessary concordances, permissions in the State Architecture and Construction Committee, making the allotment of a land area and right of property confirmed by City Bureau of Technical Inventory.
The existent structure of the Company does the full complex following the building process at all its stages with the further putting in commission the human habitation to “key” level.
