Building plans for 2008-2010.

1. Complex of six 21-23-storied living houses in Odessa on Vilyamsa street, 53 with total square 36 000 m2.
2. Complex of three 16-storied living houses in Ilyichevsk in micro district Nu.13 with total square 17 108 m2.
3. Complex of five 19-23 storied living houses in Ilyichevsk in micro district Nu.13 with total square 37 200 m2.
4. Complex of two 16-storied living houses Ilyichevsk in micro district Nu.13 with total square 11 405 m2.

The plans till 2020.

According to the Administrative Determinations of the Ilyichevsk City Council and based on the results of the tender competition the company “Strojtechsnab” Ltd. was chosen as the main developer and builder the 13th and 14th micro districts of Ilyichevsk city. The total volume of the human habitation at the 13th micro district will make up 366034,45 sq.m and at 14th one – 321182 sq.m. Thus the volume of the whole living accommodation capacity will lead up to 687216,45 sq.m in Ilyichevsk city only.

In order to achieve the planned aims successfully as to the construction of the human habitation for social needs our Company has got the project for the building of 19-23-storied houses carried out by Ministry of State Construction of Ukraine which has the form of the so-called “repeated application”. It permits to build the blocks of living houses making the correction in the project documentation only considering the specification of the land area and engineering network developing the buildings in city districts.
