Dear managers of the construction companies!

In accordance with the law of Ukraine No.3201 – IV “About the alterations in some legal acts of Ukraine” dated 15.12.2005 the changes were made to cl.3 the law of Ukraine “About investment activity” which forbid the finance of the human habitations as per investment contracts terms.
We would like to pay your attention to possible ways of investment and finance the construction:
- funds of financial support of construction;
- funds of realty operation;
- institute of mutual investment;
- non-governmental pension funds;
- issue of target passive bonds.

The share holding company “STS-Invest” as one of the first companies in Ukraine got the License for managing FFC.
During the period of the company’s activity 6 FFC have been set up, some of which were closed due to the finishing of the construction of the objects. The flats have been passed to the FFC members over to. As per valid legislation the management of FFC is the exceptional measure of activity for the financial company.

Complains and court actions concerning lack of fulfillment of company’s obligations to FFC members have been never brought to the company during the whole period of time.
Financial sanctions from the side of the Regulator – the State Commission for regulation of the market of financial services have been never applied to the company.

The experience and reputation accumulated by us within those years permit to register FFC in a short time and on the professional bases to manage them being the trustable company for our clients.
