Investment in building

Dear heads of the building companies!

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine " About modification in some acts of Ukraine " from December, 15th, 2005 ¹ 3201 - IV, are made changes to Item 4 of the Law of Ukraine " About investment activity ", forbidding financing of housing construction under investment contracts.
Possible tools of investment and financing of construction are certain:

- funds of financing of construction;
- funds of operations with the real estate;
- institutes of joint investment;
- not state pension funds;
- release of interest-free (target) bonds.

Open Society " Financial company " STS-Invest " of one of the first in Ukraine has received the license for management of funds of financing of construction (FFC).
For the period of activity of the company it has been created 6 FFC, the part from which was closed in connection with the termination of construction of objects for which financing they were created. Apartments have been transferred to participants of funds.
According to the current legislation management FFC is an exclusive kind of activity for the financial company.

Complaints and judicial claims, in occasion of not performance by the Financial company of the obligations in relation to participants FFC, for all period of activity of the company was not.
Financial sanctions from a regulator - the State commission on regulation of the market of financial services - never on the company were imposed.

Experience and the reputation which has been turned out by us for these years, allows to register as much as possible operatively FFC and professionally to operate it, being a basis of trust of our clients.

Using mechanism FFS, the Builder acquires the right to start to realization of the real estate in full conformity with the Legislation of Ukraine, that, will undoubtedly, positively affect decision-making of the potential buyer of habitation on a choice of the building company.

Mechanism FFS allows the builder to influence formation of deductions in the budget, not resorting to a floor to lawful schemes.
