Mortgage lending
Purchase of an apartment demands significant financial recourses which not always are available.
The idea of mortgage lending is that a subject of purchase and the mortgage is the same object of the real estate. That is, you can purchase an apartment, even if You don’t have any other property.
At present, primary housing accommodation (the housing accommodation which has been not put in operation) is not credited by the Ukrainian banks or it is credited only on the security of other real estate. At that current rates of crediting of housing accommodation in the Ukrainian banks are from 21 % to 24 % annual in hrivna.
At the same time, during purchase of the real estate from "Strojtechsnab" Ltd., our financial partners, have possibility to offer the mortgage credit lending program from 15 % annual in hrivna with 5 %-s' initial payment up to 20 years.
The sum of the monthly wage wage indicated in job reference is not crucial in mortgage crediting procedure.

We wish to pay your attention that, even if You don’t have any official incomes, you can get our credit if have the financial guarantor (the physical or legal person).
Crediting is given only at purchase of the realty which is under construction of "Strojtechsnab" Ltd., in this connection, initially it is desirable for you to get to know procedure of purchase of the realty.

• the Certificate is issued after signing of contract FFC and after initial payment for investment object was received. In the certificate there is object of investment is will be fixed with indication of the area in square meters and fixation of payments for it according to the approved schedule of performance of payment obligations.

- 6. Salary statement from the place of work for last 6 months with indication of income monthly and Your job position.
- Marriage certificate (If You’re married).
- Your’s spouse’s passport (If You’re married).
- Tax identification code of Your spouse (If You’re married).
- Notarially certified consent of your spouse for mortgage lending (In case of absence of Your spouse during signing mortgage contract in order to purchase realty according contract FFC)
