1. Group’s permanent partner - Commercial Bank "ERSTE" has developed the order of granting of mortgage credit to physical persons - to members FFC, managed by company «STS-Invest", on the security of property rights. Experience of cooperation between bank’s branch and the company has been approved by the top management of bank as consequence of many positive responses of clients about the building company of "Strojtechsnab", and also because of significant trust to this company. Low rates and long terms of crediting allow clients “STS-Invest” to get apartments without significant pressure on the family budget (even with a low level of the income). Company " STS-Invest" has been permanently working on expansion of the list of companies which are joining to activity for on construction of habitation and objects of social purpose that will allow to increase parameters of activity in 3-5 times.
